COMFORT vs CHALLENGE

Tomorrow is Monday. Another week begins.  We generally like to say Mondays are hectic and when i worked for a Corporate company i dreaded Mondays. I guess that is part of the reason i left the 9-5 job to start MIChiko Image and Communications.

One thing i was not happy about was being comfortable in my job. Familiarity creates comfort and once one is too comfortable, everything around you can soon become boring or monotonous. I encourage you to start tomorrow on a high and not allow a spirit of familiarity to settle in you. One of the best traits of a leader is his/her ability to handle the uncertain. Sometimes i am crazy i actually pray for something new. I pray for challenges because out of that i pray that the Lord will take MIChiko onto another level. He says spirit of fear is not ours, plus he is always there so why not? I wish you all a productive week to come. Search for something new and unfamiliar and elevate not only yourself but your spirit to another level..

I do have days when i question if i should go back and settle for what it familiar to me but within the past 2 years my Company has grown and the milestones are worth it.  Who knows what you can achieve if you just let loose and focus on the lessons bound to come your way when you search for the unknown and try something new???
