Hello – Adele

OH YES, She’s back!!! The Queen of Heartbreak is back. I am not sorry for calling Adele the Queen of heart break because that is her music style that she has become famous for.  Instead of ice cream and lots of chocolate after a break up, do listen to some heart breaking music. I love this new hit from Adele for a lot of reasons. One is obviously like very other young woman out there i have had my heart broken and i too broke someone else’s heart, it’s the nature of love. This is the most “freeing” sad love song ever. So much power in “Goodbye” which is ironic because Adele is saying ” Hello” to an ex – lover…lol

Strangely enough this song actually does not make me sad, but instead it gives me joy to know how far i have come since i broke up with the man i though twas my soul mate. When Adele says

Let’s break it down and talk about the first verse into this HIT single which has had over 89 MILLION hits since it’s debut. When i broke up with one of my best friends who of course now happens to be my ex, it was one of the hardest break ups i had to deal with in my adulthood. This was no stranger i met at an event or at church , this was someone i had known since i was 9 years of age or so. This verse reminds of the days i used to call my ex..I swear i must have been suffering from some sort of illness. There were days when i was pissed off with him and they were days when i missed him, needed him , hell i just wanted him It was all just confusing. That healing was taking too long to come and i am sure you can relate.

Because you have not accepted the relationship is over you definitely try to go over everything, sometimes it’s almost as if you want your ex to say he misses you as well and it was a mistake.. The worst part is when you miss the sex. Lord forgive me but i have to be honest with myself, then there is pictures of him on your phone with the selfies, the messages on whatsapp staring at you. Am i the only one who goes through old messages with an ex? Maybe i am crazy like that.

This song is FREEING for those of use who have walked away and made peace with a relationship that is over…BUT if your relationship just ended, you needs lots of ice cream, chocolate, tissue, your girlfriends, wine and lots of prayers to get over him or her..
