Former Destiny Child Singer and X-Factor Judge Kelly Rowland is officially engaged. Kelly kept mum about relationship to her manager Tim Witherspoon for a while now. According to E Online the engagement was confirmed by Kelly on Queen Latifah’s show a few days ago. Kelly also mentioned that her fiance proposed to her via Skype.
