Hello December!! The festive season is here. December is one of my favorite months because it gets me excited for 2016.  As my friends know i don’t celebrate Christmas but i definitely love spreading the cheer. I also love the shopping bargains (yes i am one of those girls)..lol

I would like to invite you to join me on Fb on the 18th of December as we end this year with a BANG! A bang of different kind. There will be no music and alcohol at this event, sorry. However i do promise that you will walk away ready for the holidays and 2016.

When was the last time you wrote something kind to yourself to appreciate all that you have managed to achieve and take stock of lessons learnt? Nowadays me time is a day away at the Spa, some moments with friends over a football match or just alone with kids. When was the last time you had some time all to yourself without your partner and children. Just to soak it all in and escape the noise.

Before you open a new door it is always best to clan up the room in the one you are about to close and ensure you are prepared to embrace the new things coming your way!! #LoveNotes will help you do that for yourself. So get your pen and journal ready and let’s do something different.
