Morning Affirmation

Once in a while I pen down some morning affirmations for myself and to also remind if not inspire another young woman how precious she is and that it doesn’t matter what emotional or spiritual space she is in, it will never change her worth.

The life I live I have created

This is important to say and acknowledge because we are all accountable for where we are in life and what we have achieved. Shifting blame only wastes time, the sooner we can be accountable for the lives we have created for ourselves the soon we can idea what we need to do to find a solution to living a happy life.

The choices I have made reflect the direction I am going in life. (We are the sum of our choices I like to believe. Whether we are put under pressure or indirectly influenced by family or friends the bottom line is that the final choice lies with you. Instead of shifting blame when things do not work our way. Look at your choices concerning your career or business. Is there a trend?

I am glad to be here. Nothing beats gratitude. The more you start to appreciate each day, the more life starts to give you enjoyable experiences. It starts with you and the kind of attitude you are prepared to live by.

I am glad that today I have an opportunity to enjoy my day and do whatever I put my mind to.

When I was a child I used to hear that you can do anything you put your mind to. When we get older we forget to remind ourselves that anything is possible. I work an 8 to 5 job 6 days a week. I blog at least twice a week in my spare time. I have FB pages I manage and on top of that I still have to make time for a Mentorship programme I signed up for. It’s tough but not impossible and I am doing it all. One day at a time. What is your excuse?
