Movember 2012 Movement

October was Breast Cancer month. I walked my 5kms , now it’s time to support our men. Thank God for November. November is more like moustahe month as men are encouraged to support CANSA and their movement for Prostrate Cancer.

You can show your support by growing a beard as a man or as a lady you can support your man and register as a Mo Sista. This movement is the best. They have a quote on site that says “KNOWLEDGE IS POWER, MOUSTACHE IS KING.

So to all the men out there , please grow your beard and support CANSA in their initiatives. Let us all participate and create a support structure that we can be happy with as we build a better , healthy South African
