#YouAreCaptainPlanet – Winter Charity Drive

Captain Planet, here the a hero, gonna take pollution down to zero”. If you grew up in the 90s you definitely would remember this cartoon theme song. I am happy to let you know that it’s that time for our Winter 2015 Charity Drive. My charity Drive for last year’s Christmas season was a success and i am still grateful for the men and women who rallied behind this initiative.

Due to it’s success i have also launched my Winter Charity Drive named after the famous cartoon character Captain Planet. What actually drew me to this character in particular was the tagline or theme of the cartoon “THE POWER IS YOURS”, taking it back to the streets and giving every child, teenager/youth and adult a chance to participate in something that will allow them to be the change they seek to see in their communities.

With this Winter Charity Drive i seek to collect the following items for the children whose parents are either homeless and living on the streets or are currently living in Shelters in Johannesburg, Bulawayo and Harare (Zimbabwe).
