#YouAreSantaClaus Charity Drive

Every year I am blessed to be part of an exciting initiative which I founded 3 years ago. Our Mission to impact the lives of young women still remains the same.

It is exciting when men and women from different walks of life join us and partner with us in the direction that allows us to put our girls at the forefront of the society that embodies the values we collectively believe in.

Every year so many amazing women come on board to be a part of the drive and we collectively achieve more than we dream. This year we have 11 mentors and ambassadors who have joined the initiative.When I first met the Founder of the shelter we support, she mentioned how important it was for the girls to see young black successful women , to feel encouraged and reminded that as young black women their potential was worth it and they could achieve anything. Her fear was that they are not a lot of black women who come through to the shelter to see the girls and play a role in their lives. Since then I always extend an invite for women to join us. Your visibility alone is an inspiration to the girls.
